Odoo.sh migration & administration

Moved the company ERP from Odoo Online to Odoo.sh Enterprise 18, and now run its deployments, custom modules and API integrations.

Problem

Odoo Online limited what the business could customise and integrate. Manufacturing and inventory needed custom logic, and CoreOps and SCM needed a stable API to work against.

Approach

I planned and ran the move to Odoo.sh Enterprise 18: staging branches, data migration, module review and cut-over. On the new platform I maintain custom modules, deployments and API access, and align manufacturing and inventory configuration with how the warehouse and production teams actually work.

Outcome

The ERP runs on a platform that supports custom modules and controlled deployments, with a staging path for every change and an API that CoreOps and SCM integrate against.
